We collect usage data through Google Analytics, including page views, device type, approximate location, traffic source, and session duration.

Our hosting provider (Amazon CloudFront) also records server access logs for security and operations: pages requested, timestamp, browser User-Agent, and client IP address. These logs are stored in AWS CloudWatch for a limited retention period and are not shared with third parties for advertising.

If you subscribe to the Intelligence Brief newsletter, we also collect:

• Email address: provided by you, confirmed via double opt-in
• Subscription metadata: confirmation / unsubscribe timestamps; optional bounce or complaint suppression flags so we do not email invalid addresses

If you purchase Pro (Telegram Official Picks):

• Email and payment data: collected and processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Subscription ledger: email, Stripe customer/subscription ids, plan, status, period end, Telegram invite link metadata, and — once you join the channel or after an ops backfill — your Telegram user id, in AWS S3 (eu-west-1)
• Join audit: when someone joins the Pro channel via an invite, we may store Telegram user id, display name / username if Telegram provides them, the invite link used, bind result, and timestamp (for security and access control)

We use cookies for analytics purposes only:

• Google Analytics cookies: track your visit anonymously (e.g. _ga, _gid)
• Duration: up to 2 years
• Purpose: understand how visitors use our site to improve content

We use analytics data to:

• Understand which content is most valuable to visitors
• Improve website performance and user experience
• Identify popular articles and prediction features
• Measure traffic growth and engagement

We use newsletter emails to:

• Send confirmation and welcome messages
• Send the optional Intelligence Brief and related Site announcements (educational tennis analytics — not financial advice)
• Process unsubscribe and suppress bounced / complained addresses

We use Pro subscription data to:

• Confirm payment status with Stripe
• Issue or revoke Telegram channel invite links and remove access on cancel (ban then unban so the user is not left permanently blocked)
• Send lifecycle emails via SES when configured (invite, cancel acknowledgement, removal-day message)
• Detect abuse and reconcile joins (join audit)

The TennisPredictor operator (controller shown in section 1) decides why and how personal data is processed. We share data only as needed with:

• Stripe: processor for Pro payments and the Customer Portal (see Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): processor for S3 (newsletter and Pro ledgers), SES (email), CloudFront / App Runner (hosting), and CloudWatch (logs) in eu-west-1 — AWS Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics (Google LLC): processor for analytics — Google Privacy Policy
• Telegram:independent platform for your Telegram account. We use the Bot API only to create/revoke invites and manage channel membership; Telegram's terms and privacy policy apply to your Telegram use

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share personal information with advertisers
• Use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar third-party ESPs
• Track you across other websites beyond Google Analytics
• Store card numbers or CVV (Stripe handles payment credentials)

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; we may keep suppression flags for bounce/complaint addresses for a reasonable period so we do not email them again
• Pro ledger: while the subscription is active; after cancel we may keep minimal billing identifiers as needed for accounting or disputes, then delete or anonymize Telegram user ids on request where feasible
• Join audit: operational retention up to about 24 months unless a longer period is needed for security investigations
• Server logs: limited retention in CloudWatch for security and operations

Under the GDPR (and applicable French law), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure or restriction of processing
• Data portability where applicable
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw newsletter consent at any time (unsubscribe) without affecting prior lawful processing

You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

You can opt out of Google Analytics via browser tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out, or block cookies in your browser settings.

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Pro and any use of the Site in connection with betting are for adults 18+ (or the higher legal age where you live). See our Terms of Service.

We take data security seriously:

• HTTPS encryption for all connections
• AWS infrastructure in eu-west-1 for hosting and subscriber storage
• No passwords or payment card data on our servers
• Newsletter and Pro ledger access limited to operators with AWS credentials

We may update this privacy policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated last-updated date.
